Green pus and foot fungus?

Im 14 and I have had this foot fungus ever since I was like 5 years old.......over and over I would get some skin on the bottom of my left foot filled with water......this has been happenening for the past 8-10 years...only on my left foot! what does this mean? Today, about 20-30 mins ago, I woke up with a weird felling on my foot, I barley even touch it and green stuff come out of 2 of my water filled skin things....my sister said it was green pus....this is the first time this ever happened to me....my dad cleaned it up.....what does this mean? Is it dangerous? Please help!
