What mods would it take for a 2007 Wrx to beat a stock 09 wrx?
Driving lessons. My friend beats stock STI's with his stock WRX on road courses. But for everyone else, I suggest you get the advice of a tuning shop with a dyno. Bolt ons for Subaru's can turn disasterous for noobs who don't tune their engines properly.
