What should I get her for Christmas/the next time I see her?

Me and my cousin are very close. She converted me from Catholic to Protestant. Anyways, I remember when we were little, I had promised her flowers. I know I'm going to get her flowers, but should I get something else? I was thinking maybe matching necklaces, or matching rings. Maybe even some earrings for her? I want to give something sentimental, because we've only met three times the past 12 years.
