Bought a 02 wrx the head gasket was blown is there anything else i should be worryed about after the repair?

The dealership is paying for all the repairs. They milled the head. I can still opt out of the car. Will the car ever run the same again that is what im worryed about. Will more problems happen due to the engine overheating and them milling the head.
