Pretty easy if you follow the instructions. Just to let you know though, you will gain very little from an aftermarket intake kit on your car. If you look at the one you have, it gets air from a scoop on the front of the engine bay so it's actually a very efficient cold air system from the factory. An after market unit will just sound different.
