How cheap is the Evo 8 today?

i was planning on saving up money to buy a evo 8 by the end of next year.(i wanted to get a car none of my friends have) I will be 20 by then, im just wondering how cheap can i get a evo 8 by next December. i see alot of them being sold for like 16k+ is that going to change or will i have to go for a 02 wrx.
