Cheap Tuner Cars (please be car smart)?

Alright I have about 5-6 grand to spend... I was thinking about a 2002 impreza wrx with a complete rebuild of the motor it would have je piston 8:5 , eagle rod , acl bearing, jdm oil pump, pnp heads, stage 2 cams 272, upgraded valve springs and retainers, dp, uppipe, vf30 turbo jdm, 1000cc injectors, stage 3 act clutch , act flywheel, completely cat less exhaust.. with crawford gymkhana axle back........ i would pry get a bigger turbo.... but that's only one option....... Please give me some other but remember i have a price range and i need a awd NO MUSTANGS they're pussy cars
