DOES THE SUBARU WRX STI HAVE BRAKING PROBLEMS IN RAIN SNOW,ETC?

I am considering buying the 2011 Subaru WRX STI. I have read online that the car sometimes has braking problems when it is wet - rain, snow, sleet, after washing it, etc. Is this true? If yes, any idea why?
