Can a cloud formation due to fungus infection in cornea be removed by medicine?

My elder brother had the problem of fungus infection and now he has a cloud built in the middle in corenea. now the treatment is going on. they say that the cloud will remain permanently there and it can not be removed. the treatment of fungus infection is going on. i am waiting for the result. my question is can a cloud formed due to fungus infection in corea be removed naturally with medicine?
