Music video: description, need help.?

So, like many other people here, I can't remember lyrics or the genre but I do remember the video. There is one british guy every day coming to one girl and bringing her flowers. And every day she keeps rejecting him and closing her door in front of him. I think those were some yellow flowers, but not sure. The song is from 90's, 95-99 i think.
