2011 Ford Taurus SEL AWD vs. 2011 Subaru Outback/Legacy 3.6R?

Even though I would NEVER buy a Subaru for myself, I would recommend it with the 2 choices. I can not get over the very POOR reputation the Taurus has and it's VERY POOR resale value. They just sell way to many Taurus's to rental car companies giving them a real poor resale value. I know the new Taurus is much better car.
