I think i have a blister on my thumb?

I have this tiny littler circle on my thumb. Like the size of a pencil tip. At first I thought it was a splinter because it hurt like one. But I tried poking at it with one of those eye braw clipper things. And it was still there. Two days later I got another one on the same thumb. :'( I don't know what it is. I asked my mom and she said its fungus but I googled it and it said something about a blister. The thing on my thumb also looks like a splinter because it has a brown looking spot on it. Help please :b
