How do i change a UK title to a US title?

I'm trying to purchase a subaru wrx from a man in the UK and I want to know the steps he says he will ship it for me and everything but how do I change the title over? I live in texas

The bugs probably came with the plants when you bought them. Disposing of them was the right thing to do. They are probably the critters we call "white flies". Once they invade a plant there is no hope for revival. Here in east Texas cilantro,chives,onions,and dill start to die off in the late spring/early summer.The "tarragon" you referred to is more likely an herb called Mexican mint marigold. It doesn't do well in the summer either. But don't discard it or the chives ,when the weather cools down they'll start growing again (perennials). I suggest you get another parsley. They grow for 2 years - a real thing of beauty. It is my favorite herb to grow!

How to afford a Subaru Impreza WRX STi?

This applies for other fast and expensive cars but in my case i like the Subaru impreza WRX STi. Im 16 and getting my license in august right before school starts. I Have 2 grand and need another 2 before my parents will give me a good amount of money towards my car, The one i want is A 2006-2008 Subaru Impreza WRX STi and to modify it for racing. I know racing int goo illegally but im Very good with double clutching anticipation and other main qaulities of driving manual cars. Is there any way that i can lower insurane,monthly payment for loans or any secret way to easily afford this so i can have extra money to put extra parts on my baby. Please Need help. Other than job i have one

How do i kill lawn fungus?

on my front lawn there are patches of white fungus. also, there are some on my flowers in the garden. there seems to be some mushrooms around it. i went to lowes and the home depot and they didn't have anything for it. is there something i could use to kill this fungus. thanks

Car Loan Help Please!!!?

I really want a Subaru WRX. It will be roughly 10,000-12,000 dollars and I have a 3,000 dollar Mitsubishi Eclipse I am selling. Plus the money I'm saving up, so all together I need about 6,000 dollars in loan. I dont have a cosigner unless my Grandma will help me out. I'd like to not have to ask if there is an alternative to doing so. Is there anyway around this? I'm 20 and I have absolutely NO credit. Or maybe even bad credit who knows... I also have Huntington Bank and I have gotten a 3500 dollar loan out before with my Grandpas cosign, he passed away not long ago but my father paid the 3500 in full about a year later. Thanks!

My fish had black stuff on it's back and now it's gone?

I noticed about a week ago that my goldfish was developing a black line across her back, along her spine. I was concerned because I thought it might be a fungus. I asked the aquarium attendant at the pet store and he said that she might just be maturing and the black stuff was just colouring. It is now a week later and all this black stuff has gone and she is back to normal. Should I be worried there is something wrong with her? She isn't acting any differently.

Probably too much bread and tortillas for breakfast, but other than that it sounds fine. Chilaquiles are the bomb.
